About Fallen angels united

“Change is hard at first, messy in the middle, and gorgeous at the end! ”
— Robin Sharma
God I’m not okay
Lord help me as I fight motherhood alone
The battle has barely begun, but surrender hasn’t won
The fight is far from over
The war has yet to be won
In the face of adversity, the struggle will make me whole
God I’m not okay
Will you lead the way?
Single mothers we unite
Single mothers as a team we reignite
God I’m not okay
Provide peace to lead my way
Fallen Angels we once were
Fallen Angels we will always be
Through our heartache we shine bright
Through our battles we illuminate light
Every story paves the way for God to lead the darkness out the way
Every tear was shed with pain
But through it all God made it rain
Through the test I once failed;
now I’m surviving more than well
Through the struggle He leads my way
Through the pain He paved the way
God I’m not okay
But by faith You’ll guide the way
God knew the struggle is meant to exalt me
The struggle has taught me only God needs to know where He’s taking me
Even though our pain may not bleed the same,
we are all bleeding for You
God I’m not okay
Please lead the way
Before I prayed for God to make a way,
now I pray He leads the way
God I need You now
The struggle made me see
God always leads the perfect way
Single mothers found the light
Single mothers
Single mothers be the light
God didn’t break us without a plan to exalt us now and again
We love You Lord
God I’m not okay

My Story

For more than eleven years, I served as a Psychiatric Technician at Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility. If you had asked me then where my life was headed, I never would have imagined that God was preparing me for a calling that would grow out of one of the most transformative seasons of my life.

In December 2025, God gently led me down a path I never expected. After the joy of becoming a mother later in life, I began navigating the journey of raising my son as a single parent. Though it brought many challenges, it also became the season where I experienced God's presence, peace, and faithfulness in the deepest way.

As I searched for comfort and direction, I found myself drawing closer to God each day. I prayed for strength, wisdom, and the courage to keep moving forward. Little by little, He replaced my fear with hope, my uncertainty with peace, and my questions with a growing sense of purpose. Looking back, I can see that He was preparing my heart not only to heal, but also to help others heal.

Fallen Angels United was never something I planned to create—it was something God placed on my heart. If I'm honest, when life feels overwhelming, the last thing we think about is starting something new. Yet God often calls us in the middle of our greatest challenges, reminding us that our struggles can become a source of hope for someone else. What began as my personal journey has become a mission to walk alongside other single parents who may be searching for encouragement, support, and a reminder that they are never alone.

I don't claim to have all the answers. I am still learning, growing, and trusting God every day. But I have learned that He can take our broken places and use them to bring healing, purpose, and compassion into the lives of others. Even when we cannot see the path ahead, He is faithfully walking beside us.

My prayer is that Fallen Angels United becomes a place where every single parent feels welcomed, supported, and deeply valued. A place where burdens are shared, hope is restored, and families discover the strength to keep moving forward together.

I believe that what was once a season of uncertainty can become a testimony of God's faithfulness. Through His love, our struggles can become sources of strength, our stories can inspire others, and together we can raise children who grow up surrounded by hope, resilience, compassion, and the unwavering belief that brighter days are ahead.
